The Founder:
Dr. Orazio Commendatore
A licensed labor consultant with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Economics with honors, Dr. Orazio Commendatore is an expert in labor, tax, and fiscal consulting. His career has been marked by a constant commitment to training and the achievement of significant recognition.
His professionalism has been widely recognized nationally. On July 1, 2021, Dr. Commendatore's firm received the prestigious "Le Fonti Awards 2021" in Milan, in the "PROFESSIONAL FIRM OF THE YEAR - LABOR LAW - LITIGATION" category. On March 14, 2025, he was awarded "Labor Consultant of the Year 2025" by Corriere della Sera.
Dr. Commendatore's collaborations with leading publications such as Il Sole 24 Ore highlight his expertise. Since May 2021, he has been a Professional Partner of IL SOLE 24 ORE for Labor Litigation and contributes to the "Point of View" column. In March 2024, he was named a Top Quality Professional Partner of IL SOLE 24 ORE, and starting in December 2024, his role will further expand as a member of IL SOLE 24 ORE's Tax Internationalization Competence Center.
Dr. Commendatore's commitment also extends to significant institutional roles. From 2021 to 2023, he served as a member of the INPS Provincial Committee for Artisans, representing the Sicilian Region for the Province of Syracuse.
Dr. Orazio Commendatore has been a Certified Consultant since March 2015. He has also been registered as a CTP and CTU at the Court of Syracuse since February 2014. He has been a Civil and Commercial Mediator since 18/10/2017.
His experience also extends to the role of Sports Manager for ASD LEONZIO 1909 FUTSAL from September 2020 to December 2022. President of the Crisis Resolution Body of the Order of Labor Consultants of Syracuse since February 2025.
